At DigiTickets, we’re passionate about delivering intuitive, high-performing software solutions to some of the UK’s best-loved visitor attractions. As a UX Designer, you'll play a critical role in shaping the user experience across our digital products, ensuring that everything we build is user-friendly, accessible, and aligned with our clients’ and end-users needs.

This role will focus on creating seamless, efficient, and enjoyable digital journeys for ticketing, point-of-sale, and back-office systems, used by both our clients and their customers. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant, practical design solutions.

Job requirements

  • UX design for web, mobile, and POS platforms within the DigiTickets product suite

  • Conduct user research, usability testing, and stakeholder interviews to gather insights

  • Map user journeys, create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups

  • Collaborate with UI designers and front-end developers to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility

  • Use data, user feedback, and analytics to inform design improvements and decisions

  • Maintain and evolve our design system and UX standards across products

  • Advocate for accessibility, responsive design, and inclusive UX practices


Skills & Experience

  • 3+ years of experience in a UX design role, ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, or ticketing environments

  • A varied portfolio that demonstrates strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centred design methodologies

  • Proficient in Figma, defining scalable design patterns, tokens, and workflows

  • Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to communicate design ideas

  • Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus (not essential but beneficial)

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills; confident presenting and justifying design decisions

  • A good understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.2) and inclusive design techniques (or a keen willingness to learn)
