This role will focus on creating seamless, efficient, and enjoyable digital journeys for ticketing, point-of-sale, and back-office systems, used by both our clients and their customers. You’ll work closely with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into elegant, practical design solutions.

·        Collaborate with UI designers and front-end developers to ensure design consistency and technical feasibility.

·        Use data, user feedback, and analytics to inform design improvements and decisions.

·        Maintain and evolve our design system and UX standards across products.

·        3+ years of experience in a UX design role, ideally within SaaS, eCommerce, or ticketing environments.

·        A varied portfolio that demonstrates strong understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and user-centred design methodologies.

·        Proficient in Figma, defining scalable design patterns, tokens, and workflows.

·        Ability to create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, and process flows to communicate design ideas.

·        Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is a plus (not essential but beneficial for collaboration).

·        Strong communication and collaboration skills; confident presenting and justifying design decisions.

·        A good understanding of accessibility (WCAG 2.1) and inclusive design techniques or a keen willingness to learn
