Job description
As a member of our Business Development team, reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you will be a point of contact for prospective DigiTickets clients. You'll make sure that all new leads get a warm welcome and continue to give them the full DigiTickets treatment throughout their journey.
You’ll gain an understanding of their needs, identify whether DigiTickets is the right fit, demonstrate the DigiTickets product(s) and help get new clients onboarded. You’ll work closely with the rest of our Business Development team as well as our Onboarding and wider CRM superstars.
We don't do pushy sales and we value genuine relationships and partnerships. We listen to, care for and go the extra mile for our clients to build happy and successful long-term relationships. To be a part of DigiTickets, you'll need to share that mentality.
You'll be a natural 'people-person' capable of quickly and naturally forging excellent relationships, with strong organisation and time management skills to help you manage a busy pipeline of new leads and ensure these are co-ordinated and followed up with promptly and in-depth.
DigiTickets is based in Exeter, Devon, and most of our team works from our Head office. The Business Development Executive role does involve travelling to visit clients, this means regular time away from home should be expected. While the Business Development Executive role tends to be home-based to facilitate travel, we do hold regular team meetings in our Exeter HQ, we would also welcome you to spend your first few weeks in Exeter getting to know the business and your new role.
